The Wine University of Suze La Rousse is a private university level training centre in the food sector created in 1978.
The University has 10 full time employees and 45 scientific and technical part time trainers.
This vocational training and university education is specialized in vine and wine, food technology, catering and tourism: 130 students per year – 600 vocational trainees per year. Specific domain of expertise: viticulture – oenology – quality standards – sensory analysis – wine tasting – history, social culture – communication in the wine sector.
